TECHNOMELT AS 4999 mattress manufacturing adhesive has the best properties of both wet out and initial bond strength and consistent spray pattern – viscosity, no residual tack, high heat resistance. TECHNOMELT AS 4999 is to be used for all mattress assembly applications including foam encase assembly, foam layer lamination, pillow top bonding, and bed-in-a-box constructions.
