Please come prepared with 3-5 ideas for where you believe we should invest time, resources, or money in 2027. Think beyond your immediate area and consider opportunities to increase revenue, reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce risk, simplify our environment, or better support the business.
We will also review the existing project funnel so we can evaluate current commitments alongside new opportunities.
